Part-time Office Co-ordinator

Salary: £24,000 pro rata p.a.

Conscience: taxes for peace not war is looking for an experienced and well-organised Office Co-ordinator to ensure the small Conscience office runs smoothly, enabling the organisation to campaign effectively. There may be scope to help with the Campaign’s activities, including public meetings, lobbying and publicity. Excellent time-management and the ability to manage their workload with minimal supervision, as well as attention to detail, good communication skills and familiarity with office software are essential. This is a part-time job of 16-24 hours/week spread over four or five days. Salary £24,000 pro-rata. Volunteering

conscience could not function without the help of its volunteers whose help is vital to the success of the campaign.

There are a range of volunteering possibilities at conscience including:

Volunteering programme at our North London office

As part of our volunteering programme you could be involved in campaigning, fundraising, political lobbying, membership and general support.

We are currently looking for an office volunteer to help with events and office administration. This role would suit an individual who might be looking for experience in the NGO sector. conscience will cover reasonable expenses.

Executive Committee membership
Our Executive Committee meets four times a year to make decisions on matters such as policy, strategy and finance.

Ad hoc help
There are certain times during the year when the office needs additional help. Add your name to our informal volunteer list and help the campaign for half a day a few times a year!
